The staff were pretty good, reassuring us about bedbug concerns in Paris. Breakfast options were fresh and tasty, especially the omelet. The family room was spacious and had really comfortable beds. Check-in was alarmingly slow, and the housekeeping could be improved. They didn't replenish coffee or toiletries regularly, a bit frustrating. Despite that, the modern feel of the hotel and its convenience made up for most of the inconveniences. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a conveniently located place in Paris.

Being less than 2 km from both the fine notre-dame cathedral and the relaxing parc de bercy made my weekend strolls lovely. As a solo traveler, i really appreciated the cozy ambiance and the attentive service throughout my stay.
